He didn't follow Simon, instead waiting for him and thinking over what was said. Yeah that comment on the physical discomfort was a bit off-putting, given that he had no idea what it meant, and it left Peter with an expression of deep thinking as he shifted to sit on the bed once he was done up. His finger slid under the collar, adjusting it, then left it alone. How far would this sort of thing go? If he signed up for this, would he have to just accept if Simon was going to say, starve him? What if he didn't want to do something Simon said? He chewed on the inside of his lip, but there was some comfort in the idea that Simon would be willing to talk about whatever might happen. It didn't mean he would agree, but... he trusted Simon. He had to, for all of this, that much he didn't even have to guess, but... where did the line come in return? How did respect work both ways?
How did someone enjoy this if they weren't the one in charge? That really sort of puzzled him.
He went silent after that, staring down at his folded hands, just thinking things through. Maybe not the best response to Simon laying it out for him, but there was a great deal to work through. Finally, quietly, he ended up saying, "I want to see how tonight goes."
